Please read this carefully. By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms that appear below which shall apply to your use of this website along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.


1 General

All contracts for the sale of goods by GusAndWaldo.com to the Customer are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Massimo Fenati Studio reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time although the terms and conditions governing any given contract of sale will be those in effect at the date the Customer's order is sent. The contract of sale for any goods ordered after GusAndWaldo.com have changed these Terms and Conditions of Sale will be governed by those changes.
1.2
All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) and all transactions will take place in this curency.

2 Secure Transactions
2.1
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. To check the security of your connection, check the indicator in your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active. A second method to check for security is to look at the URL line of the browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http://" to "https://".

Payment will be made by credit card on line via our formular through the service of Metacharge (UK).

3 Contract of sale
3.1
The Customer may order goods from this website only. GusAndWaldo.com shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's order by e-mail, on transmission of which the contract of sale will be made. Goods will be supplied to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's order and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3.2
In the event that the Customer does not have e-mail, GusAndWaldo.com will not be able to sell the goods.

4 Price
4.1
The price of the goods shall be as quoted on the Website on the date the Customer's order is sent to GusAndWaldo.com, subject only to any technical error for which GusAndWaldo.com shall not be liable.
4.2
The price stated on the website is inclusive of any VAT chargeable in the United Kingdom.

5 Payment Options
5.1
We accept Visa, MasterCard credit cards, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Delta debit cards.
5.2
Our website is intended for personal use only and not as a source of merchandise for other retailers. Any order that we suspect is intended for resale will be cancelled.

6 International Orders
6.1
We can ship to any country in the world. For international shipping we use Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. This system offers a faster delivery service than normal airmail, priority handling at home and overseas, signature on delivery and in some cases online tracking and delivery confirmation.
The online tracking service is only available to 28 destinations worldwide: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland.
New Zealand, USA and Singapore.
If your package is being sent to one of these counrties we will provide you with the shipping reference number so you can check your mail's progress along the way on the Royal Mail’s website.
6.2
PLEASE NOTE: The importation of merchandise into countries other than the U.K. may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon delivery of your order. GusAndWaldo.com can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order with gusandwaldo.com. If you refuse the package or provide us with an invalid shipping address, we will not offer a refund because the package will be abandoned in your country. GusAndWaldo.com will not label any orders as gifts for customs purposes.

7 Delivery Times
7.1
To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability and the shipping option you selected. Once your order is shipped, domestic (within UK) shipment should be with you the following business day. For international shipment please allow between 5 to 10 business days.
GusAndWaldo.com shall endeavor to ensure that the goods are delivered within this perdiod of time, but the Customer agrees that delivery after this period shall be accepted.

8 Delivery Rates
8.1
The delivery charge includes cost of postage and packing. GusAndWaldo.com offers fixed delivery rates for domestic and international shipments.

8.2
As required, VAT shall also be levied on the cost of postage and packing. The price quoted for postage and packing on the site is already inclusive of any VAT chargable in the United Kingdom.

9 Domestic (UK) Return Policy
9.1
Faulty merchandise or incorrect items purchased domestically from GusAndWaldo.com can be returned for refund or exchange within the guidelines that follow: You must contact us regarding your intent to return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must arrive at our office within 14 days of the date we issue your return authorization. All merchandise received for return must be in brand new, unworn condition; free of smells, animal hair, and any other substance. Returns received in unacceptable condition will be returned and no refund will be issued.
STEP 1. Within 10 days of receiving your order, e-mail hello@gusandwaldo.com to obtain your return authorization information. We will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.
STEP 2. Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package so that it will be routed to the returns department. All packages without an RA# number are subject to refusal. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of the date your RA information is issued.
STEP 3. All returns should be properly packaged, with all the labels and packaging the item(s) arrived with. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer, but we will not be held liable for items that are lost, rifled or damaged in transit.
STEP 4. You may expect return services to be completed within five to seven business days after we receive the merchandise. Once return services are complete, we will send you an email confirming the transaction.
9.2
The Return Postage Issue: If you receive faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we willcover the postage associated with a return. - please contact us via e-mail using the contact information above for details. Please follow all return shipping instructions above for either reason for return.

10 International Return Policy
10.1
Faulty merchandise or incorrect items purchased from GusAndWaldo.com outside the U.K. may be returned for a refund or exchange within the guidelines that follow: You must contact us regarding your intent to return merchandise within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must arrive at our office within 14 days from the date we issue your return authorization. Items sent back to us must be declared as "warranty replacement" on customs forms. If we are charged import fees upon receipt of the item, the package will be refused and return services will not be completed. All merchandise received for return must be in brand new, unworn condition; free of smells, animal hair, and any other substance. International returns received in unacceptable condition will not be returned and no refund will be issued.
